Hi my name is John McGreg!I am borned and raised in Canada and i travel a lot around the world because of the work i do. Cooking of course is a very complex thing and has numerous of different categories to choose from.
I love Spicy food and italian,greek and mexican cuisine! Of course i would never say that other cuisines dont have excellent dishes as well...and i would love to try as many as i can. Life is short as we all know.
So this small blog would be only about food, health tips and some nice recipes with Greek Yogurt that i would offer you to try. Of course i would love to hear any feedback about all your experiences or and answer as many inquiries as i can.
